Stayed in the st David's suite several times, the food is out of this world, the room is so comfortable we didn't want to leave and the welcome was fantastic, would highly recommend and would definitely return in the future

We spent 2 nights here for my husbands birthday, arrived Friday night having booked into the restaurant and ordered mussels Welsh lamb, and lasagne. We had to send the lasagne back as it was totally over cooked and the service was slow. However the staff made us feel really welcome and our family room was clean very comfortable with excellent... Stayed in the Heywood mount last week. From the moment my wife and I arrived at the hotel we were treated exceptionally well. The receptionist greeted us with a smile and informed us of all the points of interest in Tenby. We had dinner at the hotel and we were greeted by the GM before we sat down to eat... More

On a couple of occasions I've stayed here. Really terrific location if you want to be close to Tenby, but not in it. The breakfast is one of the best I've had - definitely choose Full Welsh, you won't be disappointed. Friendly staff, and well maintained rooms.

Just returned from a very pleasant stay at the Heywood Mount. Breakfast was amongst the best we had ever eaten - great choice of food and excellent service. We had a family room which was very spacious, although bath was small. Children loved hot chocolate in the room! Only shame was poor condition of the gym facilities (half of them... More

We went here on a 2 night deal voucher which I have to say was excellent value for money. We were greated by a very happy and helpfull receptionist who noticed that we were looking at the wall of fame and whilst noticing that Duffy had stayed there she even added his brother had wallpapered the hotel, which I thought... To me a spa isn area where you can relax, get some treatments, have a good swim and maybe some exercise. Here there is no treatment room, some decent looking kit, and a very chilly pool. No locks on the lockers. Showers without shower gel. The showers were freezing cold. We were told that we should have run them for... More

Not worth considering until problems have been sorted out and pool warmed up. No private changing rooms. Receptionist didn't tell us we needed a coin for the locker.

Spa and pool clean but could do with updating, no lifeguard in attendance in swimming pool which is dangerous when families are using it frequently.
