We have been to the lion park on many occasions and it is always one of our first stops when we have visitors. Coming originally from the UK, it is unique for us not to have the problems of health and safety. By this I...More

If you have enough time in Johannesburg it would be a great idea to take a visit. You can get close to the cubs unlike the safari where you see them at a distance. Make sure u also sign up for the Cheetahs as it...More

Felt like a big kid, meeting the cheetahs and stroking them, playing with lion cubs and feeding giraffes. The giraffes' long, slobbery black tongues caused much mirth. The safari drive allowed us a good view of some beautiful lions and wild dogs and we really...More

Great place to go if you cannot make it to The Kruger National Park. Varities of Lions. The staff is good, do a lot of explanations when they take you in the caged bus tour.

This park gives the real feeling of wild Africa. The sensation of being so close to the king of animals is unique. Definetely, visiting The lion Park is a lifetime experience. Cannot be missed under any circumstances.

Located close to Sandton and well worth it to spend a day, if you prefer shorter game drive and close interaction with the lion cubs this is your place. Good clean braai facilities on site and kids really have a blast here.
