Always loved bringing my children here. Excellent space, clean toilets, clean highchairs, great for parking etc. Generally the staff have always been pleasant but recently this has changed. We have started to feel as though we are bothering them by coming. If you watch the staff they are often rolling their eyes between each other when the place is getting loud or of children are unsettled. Beginning to feel as though the children are bothering them and it's making for an uncomfortable atmosphere. Definitely not all the staff, the lady with the dark hair (?owner) and also the lady with the very short blond hair are lovely. Personally I would spend in excess of £20 per week here and I'm starting to rethink coming back.

Enjoy meeting up with grandkids and watch them enjoy soft play. Excellent facilities for grownups to have coffee too.

My kids love the treehouse. We go here all the time.
The staff are fantastic. The food is canny and the place is very clean (we see them disinfecting the play area regularly and the toilets are spotless).
It's big enough to amuse little ones and also my five year old and yet small enough that you can relax and enjoy your cuppa while they play as you can keep an eye on them.

I arrived here today as I had heard good reviews. We paid £3.50 for my 13 month old but once we got in it was far too busy. It was just packed. So we took my toddler to the section that was under 4 and honestly there were just children in there that were way over 4 running around etc and my little boy just didn’t get chance to play as it was chaos. So we turned and left. Literally was in 5 mins on the way out my husband said to the lady when is the best time to come when it’s quieter? Her reply was I’m not sure and she could see we had been in there less than 5 mins as she served us coming in and out. Just a joke of a place been too much better soft plays that are better managed. To charge someone for 5 mins was a joke but to be honest it was more that it was poorly managed and children were in sections they shouldn’t have been. Defo an accident waiting to happen here. Won’t be returning and won’t be recommending.

We have visited todayd. The place is rather a small soft play but seems nice and cosy for a birthday party. However, the area for toddler seems not well thought out. It is small and the stairs are too big for under 2 year old to climb on their own. I would say that the slide is also to steep for little once. My 13 months old fell in the soft play area and hit his head against the slide and he has a mark on his chick from the net. The side of the slide should be properly secured to prevent it in the future...there was a whole in the net as well so place did not seem safe. it lacks few sensory features. I wont be going back im afraid.

I visit The Treehouse regularly with my children, and it is ideal for little ones, there is a separate baby area during the week, but once moving they will soon be ready to explore the toddler and main frame - the main frame is a good size for little ones, not too big that they can't explore themselves, and even brave 2 year olds can go all the way to the top! The snacks and drinks are reasonably priced too - for when you and your little ones have worked up an appetite/thirst.

Had a joint birthday party for my 2 year old son last weekend. Staff were lovely, very accommodating and organised. Cordoned off the section at the back for us to bring in our own entertainer. Checked in with us regularly to make sure all was ok. Couldn't have asked for more. Would do again.

We visit with our twin grandchildren. Good for children up to age five years. Easy to supervise children but tables for adults squashed together restricting movement around area - difficult to evacuate building in emergency.

Visited The Treehouse for the first time yesterday with my 15 month old Son. I was very disappointed in the 'Under 4's' section which consisted of 5 battered, tatty foam animal shapes and a slide. My Son is too young to be able to climb the stairs and come down the slide on his own so he was stuck with the tatty animals. Of course these didn't hold his attention for long! There were a few toys dotted about which he played with but he can play with toys at home! Stayed 15 minutes then left for the park. Much more exciting.
I'm sure this place will be great when he's older as there was lots to do and the children can easily be observed from the tables. Not impressed with the Toddler facilities though. Even a ball pool would add a little more excitement.

Lovely soft play for younger children however there are a couple members of staff who have a tendency to roll their eyes or pull faces when children act like children. The same members of staff seem to have a miserable attitude with kids and even adults sometimes.
Food is nice, and I think fairly priced.
