Peel has its own charm. The marina is busy and nice to see the boats day or night. It is not just the marina that makes it special. There are some great restaurants around. There are also coastal walks and Peel hill nearby. Enjoy!

This Marina is set in the harbour of Peel, accessed by a swing bridge, there are berths both on the harbour walls and the pontoons. The pontoon area is gated for security, there is a shower and toilet block, also these facilities are available at Peel Sailing and Cruising Club. This is a good marina in a beautiful setting and you will be made to feel most welcome.

Peel Marina in a lovely place to visit. We hiked here from Douglas on the Heritage Trail, which was an incredible adventure on its own. Also rode here with Spyder Club on a motorcycle tour of the Island. Thanks Mark! Busy place during TT races. There is lots to see and do, in and around the marina. Museums, restaurants, beach, Peel Castle, and a glen to the south. Amazing area for photos. Highly recommended!

Peel is such a lovely town, completely ruined by the fact you cannot keep your head up and look around whilst you are out walking!
Why???
Because beaches and pavements are covered in large piles of dog excrement!! Have the residents no pride?!
Yes - there are signs - and threats of fines - but these are not working!!! Even on the main beach (supposed to be a dog free zone until end of September) there was dog mess! Do you want your kids playing there?
As for Fennela beach - forget it! I counted 16 dogs in a 10 minute visit, none of whose owners were bothering to clean up after them.

Employ a dog warden and get tough with on the spot fines.

The beach is well maintained and has public toilets and plenty of shops near by. The castle is close by and great pictures can be had from the beach.

Just walked around looking at the boats moored up.Not suitable for young children as the railings around the quayside are spaced out too far apart and in some places, non-existent.
