A great day out travelling from totnes to Dartmouth beautiful views all the way, good value for money. You can spend time in Dartmouth before the return trip. Shopping and restaurants are plenty .

People did get on and off the train at the stops along the way and there was an attendant collecting fares during the journey so I would think yes.
