Paignton to Dartmouth in one of only 2 pulman observation cars.£17 + £2.50 for pulman worth every penny. The views along the coast and pulling in to Dartmouth were superb.Buckfastleigh to Totnes is next on the agenda. Beautiful Devon shame about Paignton.

It was an amazing treat to travel on this steam engine train. The short journey was so well worth while followed by a ferry ride. Take the kids or just the kid inside of you and enjoy.

We enjoyed a lovely trip on the steam train and took the ferry across to Dartmouth. The views are spectacular, my children loved every minute of it. Good value for money, we had such a lovely day out.

People did get on and off the train at the stops along the way and there was an attendant collecting fares during the journey so I would think yes.
