Located in the centre square and easy to find. Lots of stalls selling all of goods. It's quite small so you won't be there long. It has a cafe.

Good lift access to the first floor for a wheelchair. Nice selection of food and drinks. Great chips if you’re so inclined. Toilets difficult to access if you have movement issues upstairs but disabled toilet downstairs.

Hi - thank you for your review. It's wonderful to have someone review the facilities that you've used. It sounds like you enjoyed a trip to Café Cenno on the Market Mezzanine level! Thanks so much - hope you'll come back :-)

The only good thing about the Market Hall is the Cheese and Meat stalls. I was really disappointed. Sorry Durham and I have enjoyed for a week your beautiful town, most friendly people, wonderful restaurants, events and places of interest.

We've been advised, because a number of stalls provide food, that we can only allow assistance dogs into the Market Hall. We're really sorry about this.
