I’m afraid we were a touch underwhelmed by Crook Hall. Medieval hall was the highlight and probably the best preserved we’ve seen anywhere but beyond that relatively little made the visit stand out and gardens did not quite live up to their billing as amongst...More

Although we are only 25 miles away, this was our 1st visit to Crook Hall but certainly not the last. A beautiful, tranquil site about 10 mins walk from the City. The gardens are excellent, the house remarkable (parts are medieval, the layout really informal...More

Nice old venue for a wedding, staff attentive but not intrusive, hog roast was nice with canopies prior to the main food offering. Piano upstairs could do with some attention (keys not working and in need of a tune) or maybe its just there for...More

We had our wedding at Crook Hall and Gardens this year. Absolutely the most incredible wedding venue with the best staff team. We cannot thank everyone at Crook Hall enough for making it the most magical day of our lives.
