This is a really lovely place to visit any time of the year and there is a small cafe serving various yummy snacks at reasonable prices. .. my own favourites are cake and hot chocolate or a cream tea..... to make your visit complete.

The house was stunning. Informative guides. The carriage museum was great. Again very friendly and informative guides. They had a falcon show in which was great. Lovely grounds and gardens.

Visited for day out with lunch only to be extremely dissapointed. The NT book states that produce from the garden is used in the Tea Room but they had very little to offer and definatley nothing with any fresh produce. On asking if there was...More

We just looked up National Trust places in Devon as we were holidaying near Holsworthy and this place popped up. We weren't prepared for what we found - a large estate with deer park, stately home and the NT's National Carriage Museum. We hadn't left...More

We went for a picnic and to enjoy the weather. The gardens are lovely, colourful and fragrant. We had a lovely walk in the valley and then looked around the church. Great day out.

Really beautiful family walk. Lovely wildlife, we saw squirrels, dragon flys, gold fish a mouse etc. Was a good fee hours to keep you occupied. We only had two hours so we did not have time to look in the house which we were advised...More

We went there on a recommendation that there were some beautiful walks for our two dogs - and it was true. We could have taken it in turns to view the house but we didn't so can't comment on that. But they have the National...More

House and gardens were lovely. Contents of the house were really interesting and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. My elderly father was with us and was offered a lift, by a lovely gentleman, driving the buggy up to the carriage display. Only complaint was...More

We came to Arlington court to have a walk with our two dogs. The grounds and woodlands are absolutely lovely! The centennial path was lacking a few signs in places but other then that couldn’t find fault. It was a lovely walk with a cheeky...More

We have spent some very happy hours here this week. An enchanting place on a sunny day, very laid back and tranquil, during the week anyway. Lovely woodland walks which seem to go on forever and a really nice cafe with good outside seating areas....More

Sorry , I can't remember if its an inclusive price. You need good weather to view the gardens and estate though. I have visited often enough to know rain isn't good for walking through the lower estate

Not absolutely certain, as we don't have a dog, but I did see some people with dogs on leads around the grounds but not in the house or carriage museum. Hope this helps.
