Came here for coffee this morning and just had to come back for lunch after our walk. The lovely young gentleman that seated us at our table was very polite. We would definitely come back more often if he was there in the restaurant all the time! Keep up the great work!

The 39 steps
Mar 2020 • Friends
Went to see the comedy version of this Buchan/Hitchcock thriller, not sure what to expect having read the novel and watched various films of the same name.I can assure anyone who goes and I encourage them to do so will enjoy an excellent adaptation, only four cast members, but superb from start to finish. It is an advantage of you know the story so that you can enjoy the comedy, the timing of the cast cannot be faulted, neither can their corpsing and interaction with the audience.Nice link Robert Powell who spent time at the New Vic at the early part of his career, took on the role of Richard Hannah in one of the later 39 steps films

I went to see The Prince and The Pauper. It was a great show. This was my third visit to the New Vic. It’s a great theatre. Everyone gets a great view and, as it is in the round, you feel part of the action on stage.

Tremendous show! Classic story, song and dance with lots of fun. Best articulated clear diction I've heard in a long time. Great family treat over new year

The Prince and the Pauper bringing Xmas Joy!
Dec 2019 • Family
This evening was our family’s annual Christmas theatre trip, this years production The Prince and the Pauper. A fabulous evening had by all, there was laughs and giggles a great crowd pleaser. This production was up there as one of the best we’ve seen over the last five years. We will definitely be back next year. The cast and the crew are truly talented, absolutely brilliant!

The car park is just behind the theatre, it gets quite busy though so arrive a good 30mins before performance
