Went to the lugger Inn for a birthday meal. The food was excellent and the service was exceptional, also the surroundings were fantastic. Will have another meal there again this year as we enjoyed it last year

A great place to dine, a good variety of food too. Friendly staff, free WiFi and Thatchers Gold on draught. Worth a visit or two.

Had a table booked for 7pm, told on arrival that the carvary was nearly finished, I ordered the salmon which was dry and the veg so over cooked it was tasteless. My son had a mixed grill which was the smallest mixed grill I've ever seen, came home and had cheese on toast instead.

The worst problem was that room 2, on the first floor, was near the ladies' toilet, and directly opposite the men's toilet, and thus quite noisy with banging doors and load talk. Breakfast was fine, but the 'large cod' which I had... More
