Pretty and clean

Sat overlooking the beach which looks lovely, very clean. We noticed several coastguards parading up and down the beach which was good.

The beach it self was at the time going through a renovation "Adding more sand to the beach" its clean but people do take there dogs there for exercise, so be cautious. The stroll along the beach is good with lots of thing for you to find "wild life" sea shells that the local birds and sea gulls are trying... More

My children loved the beach, great that dogs are not allowed on there during peak season. Well worth a visit

Weather was good, windy and a bit cloudy at times and the beach was still rammed full! Nice selection of cafes/places to eat all the way along. Plenty of parking nearby which is rare for a seaside town.

This is what you would expect from a british seaside resort. Lots of sand and cafes and other amenities on hand. Shame that there are no places with tourist information about the town (e.g. a map) especially as the tourist office seems to have closed (unless we were off season - it was May)

my boys absolutely adore the beach, at peak times it gets very busy which can make it very stressful when you have little people with you. The beach itself is a beautiful place to be it's relatively clean and tidy and there's plenty to do, bungees, pony rides, fair rides or if you just want to chill and make sand... More

Escaped to weymouth beach for a quick day trip, although a lovely place very crowded if you want to relax! Very clean water and plenty to do though.
