I grew up in Weymouth, so know the beach well, but it still can surprise me at how great it is. This trip was to watch the Ironman event and I think it was a great setting.

Great beach, also allows dogs all year around. Very clean and well kept. Also plenty of shops ect :)

we went on to the beach to have paddle in the sea which is nice and clean and to see a punch and judy show there for the childen

Depends what kind of holiday you’re after! Lots of family run small restaurants and some night clubs. Can be noisy with punters at night. Some areas of the town are to be avoided like all towns, when choosing accommodation... More

We always park just up from train station, about 5 to 10 minutes walk and you are at the big clock. Right by the beach. X
