No. 1 beach

Wonderful beach which is clean. Special bit for dogs so they can join in the fun too! Been coming here since I was a kid and will continue to with my own kids

Weymouth beach is so lovely, clean and clear. Really enjoyable place and will be coming back again. There is a lot to do from the usual tourist attraction, nature reserves and more. Well worth a visit

A really lovely beach. It was nice to see lots of dogs being able to enjoy it before the summer begins. Our puppy loved it. Very clean and we enjoyed walking along it with him. Would certainly go back.

Stayed in Weymouth the beach is lovely and sandy with the sea that is so inviting, Seeing the donkeys as well on the beach for the kids was great but i think the price of £3.50 was a little bit to high

Visited with hubby. Only wish I had bought our little dog as so dog friendly. Perfect for sand castles and collecting shells. Calm water and fabulous views. Refreshments on the beach.

Having not much chance to stay on the beach (February, i stayed in Weymouth) And with 40mph winds thrashing about i thought better leave it .There`s not much i can say , But what i did see was ok . Sandy , Plenty of sand along the main Concrete walkway, so be aware . Seemed to be dog friendly and... More

Have a lovely stroll all the way along the beach, in the morning light with the sun over the water or in the evening as the shadows grow longer, a really great place for photographers.

The weather was chilly one day and relatively nice another at this time of the year. We enjoyed walking along the beach and the promenade. The town centre is also nearby so a little shopping is also possible. Very good to build sand castles for the younger kids. Loved it.

This is a predominantly sandy beach and is local for me - it becomes VERY busy from Easter to October and the beach has less space due to pedalos, burger huts etc.... There are also restrictions in place that prevent you taking dogs for walks on the beach, even on a lead, during the above dates.

Weymouth beach is always lovely and clean. Certain parts are dog friendly which is great. Lots to do for visiting families.
