Amazing if only for the red squirels. There are so many of them and as I had never seen them before I was really pleased. Could not drive through the ford as the water was flowing too high and too fast.
We stopped at the local caravan site and walked down. Lovely place, very peaceful.
Don’t try to park close by though, unlikely to find anywhere. There was a small tea room signposted but we couldn’t find it.
