I spent a lovely afternoon at Beau Nidol creating some really lovely pieces of fused glass that I am very proud of and will be in pride of place on display. I wish I had been Beau Nidol much sooner! I was lucky enough to enjoy one on one tuition as it was a quiet winter afternoon, which enabled me... More

Great, whatever your creativity. They have lots of templates and inspiration, or if you have an idea, they have great advice and help. Make sure you go early enough in your holiday as you collect the fired pieces the next day/afternoon. Nice pub/restaurant next door for lunch or tea after

My best friend and I spent a lovely morning here learning how to do fused glass. We had a lovely time and produced some excellent results for a first attempt. There is no pressure and you are given encouragement to do what you like, once the basics have been learnt. We will definitely return.

Never done anything with glass before, but with expert tuition I had a brilliant 3 hours making 3 beautiful cats and all for only £35. I could have stayed all day, the time went fast. This is a great activity for young and old, you don't need to be crafty at all. I did bring my own design with me,... More

We booked Bone carving and fused glass on different days. We felt the tuition was just right and we produced some excellent objects even though we had never done this before. The lessons are excellent and no matter what your skill level good or bad you will come away with a very nice looking object as you are given as... More

Thoroughly enjoyed making a flower shaped dish. Not something I've ever done before, but once I got the hang of the glass cutting I found the whole experience very satisfying.

My husband and I did one of the cut glass half days and both managed to produce great fish shoal displays that were a good size all within the price £35. We were delighted with them when we picked them up the following day. Definitely something I will be trying again.

Visited with my son to try making some glass sun catchers. The process was explained, demonstrated and supervised clearly and we both made pieces of our own choice. The results were very satisfying. An excellent morning.

My other half wanted to do the glass workshop here - got to admit, I was more reluctant! I'm not artistc or creative, but Robin (the tutor) was great and put us both at ease. He was patient and kind. We both produced fused glass things that we are pleased with too - the advantage that here you have complete... More
