Great soft play

We visited with our 4 and 5 year old's and they had a great time for several hours. It is really big and varied fun. There are a couple of big slides and plenty so they didn't get bored. We did not try the bowling, and I think the cafe needs a bit more attention, functional shall we say but... More

Very good, and really big. This does get busy, but our kids got several hours out of it - there are big slides and plenty so they don't get bored. And you're welcome to leave and come back later the same day for no further charge. It is not overpriced either. Very good for a wet day. The soft play... More

We visited with a 4 year old, she loved the toddler area but would only go in the main part with one of us with her, this isn't because she is scared it was the amount of bigger (& I mean bigger) children who were running round, jumping off things within the main section. These bigger children were easily 13... More

On visiting during a very busy wet day . We were served by a young girl who was left to serve alone for play place & bowling ! Poor thing didn't know if she was coming or going ! My 8 year old daughter ran off to play whilst me & my husband stood for the duration due to tables... More

It's a handy place to come on a rainy day but don't rush here otherwise. Pros: the equipment is big enough and challenging enough to keep kids amused for an hour. The very tall, almost vertical green slide is something I have never seen in a soft play area and good if your kid likes adrenaline rushes. Serves food and... More

We are on holiday and decided to go here as weather was terrible and booked a bowling lane for 1pm. Service was poor, staff were completely overwhelmed with what they were doing, bordering utter confusion.. we were then one of 3 families put on the wrong lanes and waited 15 mins to be reallocated. when we were finally allocated the... Nice little indoor play area for the kids. Bowling alley well lit and clean. Just big enough for those with small children. Didn't go in the soft play area but it looked really good and was huge! Kids want to come again anyway.

Rainy day on holiday so had planned to go to the swimming pool across the car park but due to poor planning and awful service from the swimming pool staff we went across to Harlequinns Leisure. Soft play was amazing for the 2 yo and as it was early he had complete reign over the bigger area which was perfect.... More

Great place overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, had us bowling in no time. Easy parking outside or in the adjacent supermarket

We visit this soft play with a 2 and 4 year child. The play zone is huge and it's easy for the young kids to climb up. Down side is the slide are so steep to the point as a parent you really need to supervise your kids on them. It is also got and sticky in there as they... More

Thank you for your recent review. I would like to assure visitors that the green drop slide opens for 30 minute intervals due to it being manned by staff in order to ensure that younger children don't go down, that they have parental permission to use it and are clothed correctly. The closing of the slide that you witnesses was... More
