Visited on 29/7/16, 2 adults and 1 child. The price for entry was £3 per adult and £1 per child. As adults it was nice to see some old toys from our childhood, but as some have said a lot of the displays are extremely crowded and it can be difficult at times to see everything. Our little one showed... More

What a brilliant experience I had, visiting this 'tiny' museum with a 'huge' collection and delivering an even greater enjoyment! Guaranteed you will like it and for a 'laughable price'; the great exhibitions can learn something from them! One house full of toy memorabilia for everybody, gender, age etc. Both father & son are there to friendly welcome you. Make... More

I have visited twice with my family. The shop is good and well priced. My children managed to find some toys they were very happy with. The museum is fun for all age groups. It is a pleasant nostalgic trip and very unique. I would recommend a visit.

You would hardly credit it that Callander is home to such a wonderful collection of toys. While the somewhat cluttered looking collection might not be as well displayed as the toys in the Museum of Childhood in Edinburgh it is surely much more relevant to the average visitor that it gets today. I say this as the Museum of Childhood's... More

Went here with my 8 year old and wasn't sure what to expect as looked tiny from outside but what a surprise when we went in £4 for both of us was cheap and some of the old toys that I remember playing with were fantastic. My son couldn't believe some of the toys on display and loved the place... More

Fabulously nostalgic experience. Highly recommend for all ages but if you have any adult males in the company be prepared to lose them for a while.

Is what it is, converted house into toy museum, got through it in about 15 mins, if we had kids with us might have taken longer, but it was something to do

Popped in with my hubby while spending the day in Callander. It was so interesting! There is so much to look at & we really enjoyed it. It is small but they have managed to fit so much in!!! The lady at entrance gave us directions around the museum which was nice as its a wee maze lol. She was... More
