I would recommend continuing up the road to the top car park where you can go no further. We parked at the bottom car park and had an extra 500 m or so to walk. The falls are very photogenic. Interesting rock formations.

A decent footpath down to the bridge and the falls. However it's worth continuing over the bridge and round to the left where there's a decent uphill walk through the forest. When you reach the top of the hill and come out of the forest...More

Lovely woodland walk to the falls, we were fortunate to see a red squirrel whilst walk from the parking area ~ one of two which were busy on the week day we visited. Interesting Information boards, with optional walks.

The scenery here was quite stunning, with lovely views far into the distance as we walked down to the falls. The falls themselves were great although not terribly high, and we were glad we had taken the time to visit this place. The walk to...More

Had been informed of this waterfall from one the locals down in Callander. We parked at the top car park, only because it was later on in the day and weather was overcast. Can appreciate other reviews here, that the car park is small so...More

Walked up the hill after parking in the bottom car park. Lovely walk to the falls. Bridge in good condition with many safety devices. Crisp clear morning, and very few fellow travellers on this route, but then it was early on. Sunday was manic.

The walk there is not too long or exhausting. Perfect for elderly people or lazy dogs, such as ours.

Good paths or road to walk on for the three mile round trip from the car park. No toilets. Great views and autumn colours.

It was a cold day but I managed to walk up to the bridge with my little one in the stroller. Make sure u don't try the short cut as that's too steep. Go the longer way which is not much longer anyway and lot...More

Decided to visit Callander and complete a walk to the falls for a change of scenery on a Sunday- so glad we did. The walk to the falls was a treat, amazing views and at this time of year the most wonderful colours. A fairly...More

Hari OM Yes, the walk along from the car park is well made and quite easily traversed with a pram I would say. However, at the point close to the falls, it drops away at a steep angle and curvy, then everything over the... More

Hello there trip to Callander and Braecklin falls is a very good idea. You can drive up the hill to a wee parking place (free) and then walk for about 15 minutes to the falls. You don't need to be a mountaineer or pro walker... More

Yes it would be possible as there is a reasonable track to follow. If the person is in a wheelchair this would be fine. It would not be possible to go any further than the Bridge as ground is very rough from then on. Hope... More
