Visited today, October 20 for a half hour slot on the Ringos. Great fun as always, it's a shame you have to launch yourself these days, could get much more of a spin when the attendants threw you down. Always recommended, works in the wet too. Nice place to enjoy a pint afterward, doesn't feel like you're half way between Bomo and Ringwood.

We visited yesterday as a family of 5. 3 children - 14,6&1 My son enjoyed 2 hours of skiing, and my 6 year old enjoyed the Ringos. Both the smaller ones loved the play park. If you go to the Apline Park you pay £2.75 for adults which you can then use to redeem against the bar. To be honest, I didn’t see the point in that and if you’re doing other activities feel free adult entrance would be fairer. We had lunch, which was fine, children’s jackets and pizza and 3 x wraps. My only slight criticism was that we were given gift vouchers to use. In the restaurant, my meal came to £48 - I gave a £50 gift voucher and no change was given. I questioned with the supervisor who served me to be told that she couldn’t give me change. I then used another voucher later in the day spent .70 more than the voucher value and got charged - does it not work both ways? Overall, with all the activities, lunch, and then 3 x desserts later in the day we spent just over £100. The children can’t wait to come back.

We booked on for my two children 5&8 to have a go on the Ringos and they absolutely loved it! The price is really good too! I originally though that half an hour would be long enough but actually it’s plenty of time. After that we payed to go into the alpine park (you get a pound off each child if you do an activity) and it was perfect for a play and run around my son especially liked the pirate ship and both enjoyed doing the obstacle course! A brilliant few hours had by all.

My grandchildren really enjoyed the experience but one thing that annoyed me was that the attendant called last ride 2 minutes before the half hour was up and considering the cost we wanted the full half hour so we told our grandchildren to carry on and take another ride which they completed dead on the half hour. If looks could kill we would be dead from the look we got from the surly attendant for doing this. I would suggest the attendants are sent on customer service courses.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your visit. Our Slope Monitors are always trained to give the customers their full slot, if in doubt - slightly longer, based on the time of arrival. If you feel this was definitely not the case - we will be more than happy to look into this further and ensure that this particular member of our team is re-trained where necessary. Please contact us with information of your visit, including date and time at your next convenience. We're so happy to hear that your Grandchildren enjoyed themselves! :)

The boys love this place. Reasonable price for activities and great food, yet I feel the cost per person( as well as paying for adults) to visit the play park is not reasonable. If you have bought food, paid for snow sessions, bought coffee while you spectate, 3:75 per child plus 2:75 per watching adults in a woodland park really hikes up the price. Surely £1:50 each if you have done other activities would be more of a reasonable price for this play park.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We're really excited to hear that your children love visiting us! All adult alpine park entries can be used as a direct voucher for the same value in our restaurant. Many of our customers feel that this combined with FREE car parking and Alpine Park entry price granting access for a whole day, makes for some pretty good value for money :) We will pass on your feedback to the management team for discussion, as we're always looking at ways we are able to improve to meet all our customers expectations.
