I love coming here when there is cincert I like to watch. Definitely one of the reasons why I like going to the Quayside. This place is magical at night especially when there is a good moonlight.

This concert hall is fantastic. The acoustics are just amazing. I reckon you could hear a pin drop on stage from the back row KK with no microphones in use.

Visit regularly to watch bands. Always have an enjoyable time. Very well laid out with several sized concert halls. Definitely recommend.

Attended a concert at Sage 2 and found the venue to be smaller than we had expected but we had an excellent view and it appeared so well tiered that most seats had a good view. Had a drink before the performance and I thought...More

The views from the top floor looking out over the Tyne were amazing, especially at night. We enjoyed the concert in the smaller hall

We went to a concert at Sage 2, which was marred on as many levels as the auditorium. My wife had a glass of wine which came in a plain plastic glass at the exorbitant price of £6:50. I know you expect to pay a...More

We come here often. Sage Gateshead offers so many musical experiences - from pre-shool children - to OAP and Silver members. Many big names give concerts here, and the building has 3 concert halls that are all sealed and separate - so that the music...More

It's a small venue, so i would say you get a good view wherever you are. I was on level 2 next to stage but when I looked round people further back seemed to have a good view.

Hi. We went to see Neil Sedaka . Our seats were row 5 six seats in on the right. Wonderful seats. I think the way the sage is designed means there really are no bad seats

Hi, The screen is at the back of the stage so it's not the same as sitting in the front row at the pictures. However, you may get a better view of the screen by sitting further back. Many thanks,

Please advise on my Newcastle itinerary which is part of a monthlong UK trip. I will be arriving at noon from Glasgow before which I would have been in Edinburgh, St. Andrews, Inverness and Skye. After Newcastle, I will go to Oxford and London and then overnight train back to Edinburgh for flight home. I will be exploring by public transpo only (mainly bus as I will get dayrider tickets). Please check if my itinerary makes sense. This is mainly the daytime itinerary. At night, I am very much...More
