As a child I have fond memories of visiting The Pleasure Beach but now It is too expensive. Wristbands are not cheap for a very small park. We only wanted to do a few rides with our 7 and 10 year old on a Saturday...More

Hi Louise20082012, thank you for your review of Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach. We are sorry you feel that we are overpriced. We are a free entry family amusement park where customers can buy ride tokens or all day wristbands. Ride tokens are £1.00 each, and...More

We drove over 20 miles for the firework display on 17th April and as we approached Great Yarmouth hit thick fog. We heard the fireworks display on the beach though couldn't see a thing. Felt so sorry for the cheery organiser! Car park across the...More

Visited to watch the fireworks but the sea mist came down so fast, we couldn’t see anything! Why they didn’t stop them I really don’t know! The pleasure beach is in real need of new rides and love given to it, they seem to spend...More

Hi Sandy, thank you for your review. With the fireworks we launched a test firework around half an hour before the scheduled display and it was decided by both ourselves and the Firework company that it was okay to go ahead. We have invested in...More

Pleasure Beach still gives me a buzz even after all these years. It's clean and tidy and the attractions are kept in good order. I always take a ride on the roller coaster as its a real classic and one of the only things my...More

Not Alton Towers but loads going on here and something for everyone. Loads of food outlets. Tokens are a bit pricy but probably standard for this type of thing. Would return.

Amusing if you have kids I guess. Enjoyed the log water ride (thankfully it was sunny - as got soaked) - but most of the rides are for kids. Shame the staff seemed to hate visitors and mostly seemed put out at having to deal...More

Traditional seaside funfair with all the good rides. Wristbands quite expensive and I saw some people with vouchers, but I didn’t have any. Especially good was the old roller coaster and the Mulan ride which scared the life out of us. We went on the...More

There's lots different rides and attractions to have a go on here. Plenty to suit all ages and abilities. There's a very large wooden roller coaster that's a great ride.

It's down to the designers of the coasters and all rides. Wat they state is law. Operators are not aloud to let children on as if anything happened to them, the operater would be fired and the park heavily find. Not just... More
