We took my mother in law as she wanted to visit it and had never been. It was as good for me 2nd time around. We were there almost 2 hours - it was fantastic. They got to touch a star fish and a little crab and there were loads of kids on half term for whom there were activities.... More

Hello Angelic239 Thank you for your kind words. We are so pleased your mother in law enjoyed her visit and that you too enjoyed your return too. Our Turtle Noah certainly gets people talking and he's only 13 years old. Our Sharks are all youngsters too, and it is nice to correct the common misconception that they are 'dangerous', and... We arrived at 10am and there was hardly anyone there; which was excellent as we had all the staff's attention and we could easily get to where we wanted to go. The penguin upstairs viewpoint was closed but it was a relief as even the penguins were shivering. Blossom, the youngest, followed my children's fingers through the glass which they... More

We visited here with family. The staff are welcoming and very knowledgeable, particularly Paul who did the talk about the shark tank. Overall informative and fun. The restaurant was also very good as it had some gluten free cakes. Recommended.

I visited it with my children and they enjoyed it very much. The loved the penguins and they learn loads about marine habitats and life. I have to admit that my expectations were too high. It is worth for a fun day in family, but I wouldn't repeat. Too expensive even with discount vouchers.

A great family attraction with fantastic displays and extremely entertaining but seen everything within an hour. Even with 2 for 1 vouchers still question the value for money. Better heading up the coast to Hunstanton

Been many times as a local and as a tourist and come back frequently. The penguins and the turtle are my favourite but the pacu are worth feeding so do get some fish food. The cafe isn't bad with some good offers and there is a small soft play. This is an expensive plaice so do look out for discounts.... More
