Very pleasant to walk round the reservoir, several path and walks available through the wood, to see and hear the birds and to end the walk in the small cafeteria

This is a nice walk..wouldnt recommend for children though as not much to do for them. Its more for dog walkers. Would be lovely in the summer though if warm

Visited for the first time on Thursday and really enjoyed the walk .... in fact went round twice as it's not a big reservoir 👍👍 There are other tracks leading away from the reservoir and on our next visit we will explore further. There's ample parking and visitor centre with a parking honesty box.. suggested parking fee is 50p. No... More

Lovely hidden gem for walking especially if you have a dog, you can go up into the woods and let them off to run round and burn energy. They dont like you to have your dog off the lead around the reservoir itself though. You can go on numerous walks and make them as long or short as you like.... More

Lovely walk .there are 3 different routes you can take as I have problems walking we took the first route round the lake but hopefully we will advance to the next route. Even though it was snowing the day we went it was a really nice walk. There is a cafe for refreshments if wanted
