We had very high expectations so were perhaps a little disappointed at the variety for under 3s but still had a great time. Slight older children can participate in many more activities but this is reflected in the price. A ticket is valid for a year of you register online which is great value if you live nearby.

Your kids will love it but take a packed lunch or go to a near by pub for some proper grub! Take note of where the toilets are due to insufficient staff to call upon! Dx

I've always loved this place, since I was a child. Recently visited again and it doesn't disappoint! It's so educational but fun for kids and a great way to learn. I've seen some people complain about the pricing but people have to remember that yes this is a national museum but also charity - so think about this as it's... More

This has got to be one of the best children's museums .l have taken my four year old grandson weekly for over a year everything is either role play or working out or craft. The themed events consist of shows and science experiments. All the staff are great with the children especially Michelle and Alisha . The restaurant serves good... More

What a brilliant place full of interesting interactive exhibits. Boy or girl heaven really fun way to engage your kids in science and how things work. We didn't stop fun for the adults too.

An interactive museum for children of varying ages - something for most ages. Indoor & outdoor so whatever weather this is a great day out. Food & gift shop on site but places for you to enjoy a picnic too.

Went to the home educators day - amazing! Fantastic workshop on energy, and all the exhibits are interactive. We didn't get round it all as we got lost in the body exhibition!

Well worth a visit. About £13 to get in but that's valid for a year and you'll probably need another visit to fit everything in. A ridiculous amount of interactive displays and learning on offer that even us adults will not be able to resist messing around. You'll need an afternoon in itself for the "living & working together" area... More
