Fascinating place well worth a visit. Parked nearby in Woolshops, but if you're not a driver the museum is also handy for the train and bus stations.

A lovely little museum, well worth a 2-3 visit. Sadly cuts mean it's run by volunteers and only open on Saturdays, which is a real shame. They're really enthusiastic and helpful, but such a pity the museum isn't better supported.
