You will need a wide angle lens or a go pro camera to the Palace in your pictures. It was closed at the time but was able to get exterior photos. Worth a visit. Near other attractions.

Beautiful architecture! It must have been a grand palace in its day. I've never seen such a huge cooking fireplace. Well worth the visit.

Located very near the magnificent St. Magnus Cathedral in Kirkwall, Scotland, are the Earl's and Bishop's Palaces. For a very minimal entry fee, it is worthwhile to be reminded of its turbulent past.

Newer that the Bishop’s Palace and St Magnus Cathedral, which are next door and over the road respectively, the Palace was built in the 1600’s. Set in beautiful gardens the building has classic beauty and your National Trust card will gain you entry.
