This is the 2nd time I have been to the Hall. Both times have been excellent experiences. I saw an interesting talk and presentation from Lucy Worsley last week went to see Amanda Owen. She was brilliant. The view was good. the venue was warm. During the interval I was served at the bar quickly - in time to eat my ice-cream. Overall both times have been an excellent experience. The building also holds the Sock gallery which is a great way for local artists to display paintings.

We went to see Amanda Owen at the Town Hall Loughborough last night. Amanda is a really hard working shepherdess, an excellent speaker and role model. This was an enjoyable evening in pleasant surroundings. Only downside is there isn't much leg room with the type of theatre seating used.

Brilliant and emotional performance by all the actors. Very professional threatre company. Really enjoyed show. Live music. Staff at the Town hall friendly and helpful. You can order drinks for the interval. If you are taking your drinks into the threatre they need to be in plastic cups. They serve tea and coffee as well. Good views from all seats. Friendly atmosphere. Room for wheelchairs on the front row and space for wheelchair user friends to sit with them. Allow time if you are female to queue for the toilet. On line booking easy to do and you can print your own tickets out at home. Really lovely evening Thank you. This show was family teens, but Loughborough town hall also do shows that are suitable for young children. Parking is near, we normally use the Beehive carpark which is well lit and reasonlby priced.

This is the first time I've been to a panto in LTH. It was very good value (tickets for panto in Leicester being quite a bit more expensive). It was really fantastic. I took my daughter (2.5yrs), my parents and my mother in law. Lots of fun was had by all. The Dame was absolutely fantastic and really made the show. It was really well done with lots of interaction, singing and dancing which kept my young daughter entranced. The drinks from the bar were reasonably priced (a pleasant surprise). The only criticism I have is of the venue itself - that there appears to be only one disabled toilet which also seems to be the only baby change so there was a large queue at the interval and we only just made it back to our seats before the second half. For a venue of this size I would recommend considering investing in a change table for the wall of one of the standard toilets as well (if there's space to accommodate this). Overall a really fantastic panto and day out. We'll definitely be going again next year.
