This is a small local cinema that offers several different showings in a relatively small space. Having said that, the main screen is a decent size, the seating is comfortable, the aisles wide and it is seldom packed. The kids clubs are a great deal and the staff/management really make an effort to accommodate requests and sort out problems. The cinema food isn't great, but when is it ever great? I miss seeing the popcorn being popped and smelling the hot butter like they used to do back in the day, but I never go to the cinema to eat, so have not really sampled much from here. There are certainly bigger, more modern cinemas if that's important to you, but I love the family run feel of this one and have never had a bad experience.

great cinema showing latest films, good reasonable priced, wish we lived in area to go more often, was here on holiday, we only have the big named cinemas which are too expensive. could even afford to treat ourselves to drink and popcorn as this was reasonably priced too. friendly polite staff, clean, comfortable seats. great little gem

We went to this cinema whilst staying locally for a mid week break. The cinema is housed in an old building which has been converted in to a multi-screen cinema. It looks modern and fresh and has been tastefully converted. It offers the usual range of confectionery, drinks and refreshments. The seats are very comfortable- they recline and allow plenty of leg room. The sound system is what you know take for granted. The admission cost was less than I am used to paying, which was an added bonus. All in all, an enjoyable experience and one that I would certainly repeat if I am on holiday in the area again. Highly recommended to all cinema goers.

Lovely cinema, been going for years, but the staff should be stricter on noisy children during films. I received vouchers for Christmas to see a movie and chose tonight with my sister to see the 8pm After We Collided. There were a group of very loud ‘kids’ making as much noise possible, they got a warning early on from the employee but proceeded to be disruptive. The film was almost over (15-20 mins left) when they were eventually asked to leave. Why someone would pay to see a movie and talk all the way through it I will never understand, but there should be a zero policy with regards to this, it’s not fair on everyone else. I’ve now wasted the voucher I was given and will need to watch the film again when released to catch up on what was missed.
Even when they left we could still hear them in the foyer shouting and demanding a refund?! Yes that’s right, the people being disrupted wanted their money back!

This is no longer called Hollywood Cinema, it’s called Eastcoast cinema.
We came to watch BadBoys 3. We paid on arrival. Screen 3 it was on, we managed to get decent seats without anyone sitting next to us.
Sound and picture good, no complaints.

It's better to have a cinema than not have one! Better to have this place than have to go all the way to Norwich. It's just the venue that is poor the staff are good and service is fine. Nothing that millions of pounds of investment wouldn't cure

Brilliant little 4 screen cinema which offer old school move experience. Prices are excellent and food and sack also very cheap in comparison to the bigger boys. OK so there is no 4DX but what you do get is comfy seats, plenty of leg room great sound and high quality screens. Staff are simply superb and are there because they want to be there and offer good service. This is the type of cinema almost lost in the days of modern multiplexes, I will go nowhere else from now onwards.

Although it may look a little run down compared to the glossy multi-plex cinemas this cinema was brilliant and a credit to the staff. With a smile and willingness to do anything for you from the manager fetching booster seats to the screen team replacing a spilt drink it was a pleasure to visit.
The picture was great, sound spot on and pretty good value all round I was really impressed with this little independent that clearly have staff who want to be there.
Thanks for an excellent experience.

good local cinema offers drinks and sweets but a tad on the expensive side, I think there are about 4 picture screens
