Absolutely brilliant & well worth the money!
We visited Lymington Sea Water Baths on a Thursday morning in the middle of the school summer holidays. We're a couple of big kids in our 30s & I shouldn't admit it but both aren't the biggest fan of children! So the idea of spending 90 minutes on a sea water inflatable in this time just filled me with dread! We booked as we'd not seen anything else like this on the sea. We've seen smaller ones on lakes but this looked pretty good. £15 for 90 minutes. We took the risk.... And wow did it pay off!! We booked the 0900 slot & it was much quieter than expected! We expected to have a bit of a play about & thought we'd be bored within half an hour but 90 minutes in & we were still going & could have gone for longer! 😂 It really was such good fun. There's a main obstacle course plus 3 or 4 smaller ones. We didn't really have to queue & could just keep going. We weren't the only older ones there & there were plenty of parents getting involved too so it worked well. There were a lot of staff around to help & all very friendly. We got wetsuits & glad we did as it does help you stick to the inflatable. We saw a few kids without who were all shivering so I do recommend getting wetsuits. There are changing rooms on site & a couple of showers plus a cafe area & seating. They also do paddle boarding for £8 per person - it's a small area but it's also the cheapest we've seen anywhere so for kids wanting an introduction it's well worth it. Honestly can't recommend it enough. I pulled my finger 10 minutes in which hurt the rest of the way around but I didn't think much of it so carried on - turns out I dislocated it & nearly 2 weeks later I'm still in pain & bandaged up! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Still, I'd go back & play on it all again & I would recommend it for people of all ages.

open air swimming at its best with more to keep all entertained.
Very helpful staff, clearly laid out with different areas for paddle boards, swimming lanes, non swimming area. Great inflatable obstacle course. Tables and chairs to use, can bring in own drinks but very good ice cream kiosk. Pool side toilets. Suitable for all from pensioners, to toddlers, children, teenagers and young adults who were all enjoying the day. Good level of life guards, some watching pool others walking around to check and chat to people who were sitting on ledge inside pool edges. Great fun on a hot day.

Safe environment to exercise this summer.
Very efficient online booking system, allows you to book your hour of swimming for just £3.00 No changing rooms, so go prepared. Wide lanes for swimming as well as a large general swimming area. Great for outdoor exercise. Now going twice a week. Highly recommended for a summer evening.

I booked 3 of us to go paddle boarding, when we turned up in the morning to have a look we realised that the area for paddle boarding was about 18 metres square!!! With 6 paddle boards on at a time, there is no room at all to have a leisurely paddle-board. When I asked if we could swim instead the staff told me a straightforward no! Although that was cheaper and I didn’t want any money back snd they could have resold our paddle board session! Really bad customer service snd not outlining to extremely small area to paddle board in. Don’t book it!

Brilliant swim on a hot day

Yes it is saltwater and a gravel bottom so makes it look murky but it is nice and clean and has a great little cafe. Take your swim shoes. Shallow enough for all to swim and stay safe. I’d definitely go again

We visited on Sunday to try out the inflatable course. Lovely staff everywhere, spotlessly clean everywhere too. We hired really comfy wetsuits and had the most hilarious afternoon's fun. It was shallow enough to stand up everywhere and had enough variation in inflatables to suit everyone. Lots of lifeguards making sure everyone was safe was reassuring and even the water was warm.
This was a highlight of our trip!

Fantastic place, however the colour of the water was very off putting.
As you were getting in the water you had to be very careful as the steps were very slippy due to Algae.
We also booked to use the inflatables, the children really enjoyed it. They are 10 and 8 so really struggled to stay on, they ended up sitting out and watching others, and loved it

We've been before and absolutely loved it, but this year (August 2022) the water was so cloudy that there was zero visibility in the water - even with googles I couldn't see my hand in front of my face. It's also not fair on the young life-guards to put them in a position where they wouldn't see a child under the water. There was slime on the walls, and the toddler pool looked completely green. By contrast the actual sea locally is so clear that you can see 6 foot to the gravel/sand below.
We felt some slack/dangling ropes from some of the inflatables which could wrap round a limb, constituting another hazard.

We went as 3 families, and all really enjoyed the obstacle course on the water. The water was just about the right depth for all to enjoy without panic, but there were plenty of lifeguards about too.

The only negative was the limited time allowed for the booking, but I believe this was to do with the COVID rules, which is a shame but understandable.

We tried paddle boarding on two days and my son also went on the inflatables. My husband was able to sit and be a spectator. Lovely place. Very well organised. Great value. Food and drinks available and you can just sit and relax after your activity. Good to learn the paddle boarding in a calm area of water.

Great day out. Recommend paddle boarding especially if you are a beginners. The inflatables are well worth a go. Really good facilities especially the seating area for spectators if it rains.

Can't think of a better place for a swim on a hot Summer's day. Super cheap and very quiet due to restricted numbers. Really big area to swim in and not deep so good for kids.

Kiosk selling snacks which is cheap, friendly and quick.

We loved it.
