We loved the cafe here. We visited during a wonderful spell of warm weather and were glad to sit outside.
We ordered a selection of cakes including scones and carrot cake, and a salted caramel, all were delicious as was the tea and coffee.
Service was very friendly and efficient.
We particularly liked the freshness of the cakes knowing they were baked by one of the team there in the cafe.
Very enjoyable visit.

Not been here for a while so we took our London relatives for a stroll around this very clean and attractive park. It was very busy with walkers and there was a big bowls meeting being competitively played. The cafe was keeping to the COVID rules and we enjoyed a coffee/tea in the sunshine.

Ashton Park in the centre of St. Anne’s. It has very attractive large gates painted green and red.
There are very attractive beds of flowers and bushes and in the centre of the park is a very large War memorial to World War 1 and 2.
A sports play area for children is towards the rear of the park as well as a lake.
A very large Cafe restaurant is available too.

This beautiful park was a real treat. We enjoyed a stroll around the park then sat in the rose garden and explored the water features.
The cafe food is excellent and it felt very COVID safe throughout.

Four generations of my family have been visiting this small but lovely park.
As a child, I spent hours playing on the little island by the waterfall, in my own little fantasy land. It is delightful that I can visit it now and see it all unchanged. I may one day, take a grandchild to have the exact same magical experience.
The rose garden and its pretty poem are gorgeous, and once again, are mostly unspoiled by time.
The only issues are that some people are irresponsible with their dogs, there. I saw one woman allowing her dog to chase the wildlife in the park. There were no park wardens of gardeners anywhere to keep an eye on this kind of thing. Also, the pond needs some attention (algae etc).
Fortunately, most people are happily enjoying the park. It's a delight.

An absolute must if visiting St Anne's, very well tended gardens , immaculate displays of plants and flowers , both at the entrance and inside.
Another , surprising gem is the superb cafe located just inside . , My granddaughter , daughter, plus Buddy (the dog) , and I had a late breakfast on Monday 21st September.
Scrumptious , delicious , mouth watering food, served by a team of extremely polite young staff.
Nothing too much trouble, oh , and dog friendly too !
Fortunately the weather was amazing , as we dined outside. A complete joy from beginning to end . Well done , and congratulations to chefs.

Nice to go for a wander with the dog. Plenty to see and do. Big pond where you can feed the ducks. A Children's play area with plenty of climbing frames etc. A lovely cafe to sit and relax. Plenty of bench seats scattered around the gardens to chill and watch the world go buy. Hugh park area for picnics, football and games etc. A memorial rose garden which is lovely. The gardens are very well kept. Love it there.

the gardens are peaceful and very well landscaped lots of separate areas to choose from. The cafe in the gardens was excellent , with all the covid restrictions they were all very efficient,a good check in system and table service, everywhere cleaned between each customer , the food was excellent too. very generous portions without being over faced with filling items, the salads were filling .On one visit we had eggs Lancashire , a variant on eggs benedict with black puddings bacon eggs and hollendaise sauce so tasty! Well done to all the staff in difficult times

We were staying at a nearby hotel and fancied a morning walk so came here. It's a pretty little park with a lovely rose garden and little trails to walk around. The pond has lots of ducks, swans and some cygnets. Didnt use the cafe or any facilities so can't comment there.
