Hannah did my treatments - she was fabulous, kind, professional and friendly. My girlfriends came and we all had a wonderful day. Spa was clean, food excellent and very relaxing day. Feel great and will definitely be back.

A lovely day. Very welcoming and friendly. Great treatments, could do with a little modernisation, but this no way detracted from the service offered. When I called to make the appointment, the staff were exceptionally helpful getting us booked in. We were made to feel extremely helpful on arrival and felt thoroughly relaxed by our departure.

I love spa's and I have been to many of them before so it is easy for me to say without doubt that Wye Valley Spa was incredible. It's so intimate and personal that it's impossible not to feel completed pampered and special. I attended with 3 other people and we all thoroughly enjoyed the day. It was a balanced... More

I'll admit to having had some reservations on arrival as to the decor (it could really do with a refurbishment) but any doubts were eliminated once we started enjoying the facilities and our treatments. The staff are charming without exception, and really REALLY know their trade & products. Superb without exception. Wonderful massages and oils so aromatic that I begged... More

I visited the spa with a couple of friends on 28 August. The service was excellent and all staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely and the treatments were first class. One thing I especially liked was that the spa is not at all pretentious, that has put me off going to other spas in the past.... More

Lovely relaxing day, great treatments, a little dated in the decor, but staff are lovely and friendly. Would go again.

We booked the day for 7 of us for our sister in law's hen day. Nice little place with friendly staff. Don't expect a high end spa, but more personal. We had the £25 offer with a choice of 2 treatments plus you could add more with 50% off normal price which was great. Lunch was excellent, everything we ordered... More

Thanks for your response, we are looking in to having a cooling water dispenser as especially in august, ice just wont stay ice for long enough! We are not a 5 star resort as you suggest, but offer what other spa do not. For £25 you get 3 treatments each, cocktail and full use of the facilities, which is cheaper than... More
