Nice day out

Lovely relaxing day, great treatments, a little dated in the decor, but staff are lovely and friendly. Would go again.

We booked the day for 7 of us for our sister in law's hen day. Nice little place with friendly staff. Don't expect a high end spa, but more personal. We had the £25 offer with a choice of 2 treatments plus you could add more with 50% off normal price which was great. Lunch was excellent, everything we ordered... More

Thanks for your response, we are looking in to having a cooling water dispenser as especially in august, ice just wont stay ice for long enough! We are not a 5 star resort as you suggest, but offer what other spa do not. For £25 you get 3 treatments each, cocktail and full use of the facilities, which is cheaper than... More

Visited the spa recently as a girls day out for me and my mom. It was very reasonably priced and the treatments were to a very high standard; would thoroughly reccomend the Aromatherapy Back,Neck and Shoulder massage! All the staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The spa is very laid back and homely. It is not 'top of the... More

I visited as a solo guest and was made to feel very welcome on arrival by the staff. I was shown round the spa and all the facilities were explained along with the treatments available, which I thought was quite an extensive range reasonably priced. I decided to opt for a full massage and a facial. The massage was very... More

I visited Wye Valley Spa today 21/05/16 with my friend. This is not our first visit and it seems like each time we go the therapists get better and better. Today my full body massage was done by ABI, I have to say that I have had a massage in almost every country that I have visited, and I have... More

We booked a day spa break and were delighted with the care and quality of the treatments provided. We had a fabulous welcome, tour and introduction. Our treatments booked included Pedicures, Manicures, express facials, hot stone massage and there plenty of tempting additions to choose from so we will be back for more! Facilities were clean, we enjoyed the hot... More

We came here for my sisters hen do and after reading some reviews, I have to admit, I was worried. I do not know why!! The staff are so lovely and the place is quirky and very homely. Everyone was so friendly and very professional. Most of us upgraded our treatments and weren't dissapointed. One thing that did throw me... More
