Brilliant service from start to finish. Emma explained how and what she was going to do with my eyebrows and talked me through the process as she was doing them. My eyebrows look lovely (and natural) and I had no problems with them at all while they were healing, which will my sensitive skin was amazing. Will recommend Emma to all my friends.

Love visiting this place, Emma is so friendly.
The beauty lounge is a great salon with lots of treatments on offer. I have been visiting Emma for many years started off with gel manicure, progressed to monthly waxing, and most recently i have had the SPMU eyeliner treatment. I don't wear daily makeup so was worried how it would look, Emma answered all my questions and gave great advice. She was so professional when carrying out the procedure and explained it all step by step. Had my 6 week top up today and I love the results ❤

Today was the last of my Pro - Peel Dermalogical course of 3. And ‘ WOW ‘ I’m so pleased that the skin pigmentation has improved massively along the general condition.
Emma & Chloe are truly excellent! I’ve had various treatments carried out by both ladies and EVERY time I’m throughly pleased.
Ladies holiday waxing, which can be a little embarrassing was almost painless - which I’ve never experienced before!
Chloe made me feel at ease and she really does have a lovely nature. Emma is a perfectionist, and never pushes products only makes suggestions if you ask. These lovely therapists are clearly the ‘best’ in the business.

I had combination brows and lip blush, treatments you wouldn’t have done by just any one! I was so happy I had this done with Emma, she is the ultimate professional and meticulous in her approach. She consulted me every step of the way to ensure I was happy. I am thrilled with the results and can’t wait to go back for my eye liner! Thanks Emma! Jodie x

Today I visited The Beauty Lounge for the first time and wow! I was meet with a warm welcome by Emma and Chloe . Chloe did my LVL lash lift , she talked through each stage explaining what she was doing and how fab do they look. I would highly recommend this treatment and will definitely be paying another visit.

Once again Emma has gone above and beyond! She has done everything possible to make sure the salon is safe and all COVID regulations not only adhered to but enhanced to ensure all clients are safe. She is a perfectionist in all aspects. The salon is more than safe and Emma is inspirational how she is continuing business in these very strange times! Once again a happy customer and will be for years to come.

I have been visiting The Beauty Lounge for a few years now and enjoyed various treatments given by the wonderful Emma .
I cannot speak highly enough of the beautiful salon and Emma is truly a perfectionist in everything she does !
During the present COVID situation I feel very safe and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending having treatments there.

I always look forward to going to Emma and having a range of different treatments. Emma is super professional, kind, caring and a genuine person. She's very welcoming and always remembers your conversations from your last appointment!
I have been since she has been allowed to reopen and I felt extremely safe and at ease with all the ppe and precautions that have been put in place. I can't wait to come back for more treatments and to finally being able to have my eyebrows done!

I went to Emma for my Nano Brows!! Oh my gosh she is the brow queen. I was recommended Emma by multiple people saying how amazing she was. Emma Absolutely lived up to that recommendation. Emma is a perfectionist and her work is the highest of standard I even left with a little kit to help heal my brows. I had never been to Emma before but I will 100% be back for further treatments. She mad me feel a million dollars and a pampered princess. You can totally see how this salon is award winning!

I'm so glad I found Emma and The Beauty Lounge for my microblading treatment. Always such a friendly welcome from the get go. Emma made sure to explain the process in detail and gave me options/her advice for what would look best, including her colour choice for me. She's such a perfectionist, it put me at ease to know that anything other than her best wasn't good enough. Cannot recommend enough. So happy with the results and a great aftercare service!
