Refurbished with a great new look which is bright. Starbucks inside is lovely and open. The theatre starts are wider and recline back with ease. Tickets are pricey so try to use Tesco vouchers or Three vouchers to bring the prices down. Advise to book online so your guaranteed a seat, downside is you have to pay booking fee for each ticket.

Last night was the first time in over two years we've been to Cineworld at Bentley Bridge leisure park. It was nice to see the refurbishment, the Starbucks is a nice addition and the seats are much more comfortable especially for taller viewers but that's where the positives end.
When we walked into the screen, five minutes before the screening was about to start, the screen hadn't been cleaned. There was popcorn and spilled drink everywhere. I had to inform a member of staff who replied "yeah, the screen's not ready", when I pointed out that the screening was about to start she then found two additional members of staff to "clean" the screen. When we came to sit in our seats, they still had drips of drink and popcorn on them.
When I had to use the toilets afterwards I found that they were in the same condition Cineworld toilets are always in, filthy. There were puddles of urine on the floor and one of the urinals was blocked due to the "no flush" traps fitted, and take it from a maintenance fitter, these always block up!
If Cineworld can't see their way to managing their cinemas better I'm afraid we won't be returning.

Visit here every Saturday& Sunday to watch a film. Reserved seating has added to it's problems - 4 out of five times those with no manners have decided to sit wherever they please, usually in our seats reserved online 24hrs+ before. And when you ask them to move it's borderline offensive and makes you feel very uncomfortable. We never had any of these problems until the "Reserved Seating" policy was introduced.
Worst of all Cineworld now appears to be the "Venue of choice" for the travelling community with youngsters intimidating other customers, intimidating staff and causing a general nuisance. Spitting, swearing, throwing food, verbal abuse to name just a few! Added to which under age travellers are "cruising" around the car park in Transit vans & pickups no doubt uninsured and probably not even old enough to have a licence! Sort it out Cineworld - your current so called "Security" staff turn a blind eye to it all . . I've never once seen them take any remedial action.

We have been to many cinemas but this one by far is the worst ever! First the smell of stale damp fabric is over powering, the carpets are so dirty and sticky my shoes were literally sticking to the carpet. Kids wanted ice blasts and got some cheap no flavoured version of it which was o or priced for how it tasted. I actually feel dirty after being in here. This is one cinema we will never be going back to and that includes all cineworlds as this was our first time at a cineworld and has put us off.

Attended recently to see the new bond film (no time to die) which is an awesome film by the way. But was really impressed with the renovated interior of cineworld (haven't been in years) it looks lovely and modern and facilities were amazing.
We went to the 2d superscreen which is cineworlds imax equivalent and don't regret booking this at all. The seats were lovely recliners with plenty of leg room and the screen and audio was perfect.
Staff were polite and friendly.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Staff behind counter restocking nacho bar sneezed into hands and continued to stock the bar. Hand gel was clearly available but not used. Covid is still present. Staff should be informed to regularly use hand gel when handling food items. Watched Till an insightful and extremely thought provoking movie. Cineworld venue pleasant apart from the sneezing issue. Also no need for confectionery to be so ridiculously priced!

A great place to watch movies. Plenty of free parking and eating establishments nearby. The staff are welcoming and helpful. It is very easy to book your tickets online or at the venue. Seats are comfy and the place is kept clean and tidy throughout. Food and drinks are over-priced but that is a universal fact at all cinemas as I am sure you will all agree and there is nothing stopping you sneak in a few goodies yourself to keep your costs down. Mind you, I do like their popcorn. Always impressed with how quickly the staff clean up all the rubbish and spilt popcorn we clumsy and inconsiderate movie-goers leave behind after each showing. I also admire how they wait patiently to clean up when we Marvel fans sit through the credits in order to catch the end credit scene shoved on at the end. I can't praise the staff enough. I will always cherish the memory of watching the first Lord of the Rings film there. At the the film's finish a teenager sitting behind me was very put out, proclaiming loudly that the ending was rubbish as it didn't end properly, telling his girlfriend they had better make a sequel or he would be coming back for a refund. Priceless!

Multiple times I've visited the Bentley Bridge cinema as I have a black Cineworld card. Occasionally I'll treat myself to an ice cream sundae or brownie version. Every single time without fail the customer service is poor. No excuses what so ever. A couple months ago I queued by the ice cream part and every single member of staff ignored me. Not at any point did someone say can you please join the queue. Nothing! It's not until after 10minutes I decide to walk over to someone and they say I have to join a normal queue to then walk over to the ice cream section? It's a bit bizarre. That is what usually happens. My latest visit, I go straight up to the guy at the ice cream counter and there isn't any blue raspberry sorbet there so he lets me try the alternative option you had. I let a family go before me and get served whilst I stood and tried the option. He then served that family and I wait to the side. He then looks up and calls over the next person from the queue the other side. I gave up waiting by this point as he totally ignored me so I walked off. This is about the fifth time this has happened where they ignore you and you lose my custom each time! They're so rude end arrogant and it's every time I come here. We always book before hand so we collect our tickets to save us talking to them because there so rude. No one has ever served me and actually smiled. It's not very nice knowing I pay monthly and that's the service I get. If you lose me as a monthly customer i will be telling everyone else I know to go someone else. Especially as there are multiple cinemas now offer the same unlimited cinema cards at cheaper prices.

Why is it that the management insist that people queue for tickets in the same queues as those wanting food.I guess it must be that it encourages people to buy food.I have stood in a queue for over half an hour waiting to buy a ticket. Its infuriating and totally unnecessary.I don't go there now if I can help it as it annoys me every time. This is Cineworld putting their profits before the needs of the customer.

I can remember the days I use to miss my geography lessons just to go to CINE WORLD and use to enjoy every minute of it..... A lot has changed since I don't understand why this place is still open!! The only thing that is working there is the CINEMA SCREEN & POP CORN MACHINE and that's a fact and am saying what I genuinely saw,I thought it was a self service place just like buffet restaurants, honestly saying I saw probably one girl working behind the counter for the tickets and loads of angry cinema goers queuing up for (I really don't know!!) pop corn I guess but at the same time I was just thinking who is actually there to take the money ( NO ONE)..... I waited 20 minz to find someone working to pour me a coke only to find out they've ran outv the syrup!! Appalling service never again! We only stayed cuz we had bought the tickets earlier that day,I wondered if there was actually anyone running this place and seemed like some rich filthy oil giant company from Middle East owned the place like CHESEA FC and bought everything they could see with there plastic cards but forgot to employ a good manager!!
Never again there's plenty of cinema halls around like the SHOWCASE on junction 10!!
YNWA !!
