Refurbished with a great new look which is bright. Starbucks inside is lovely and open. The theatre starts are wider and recline back with ease. Tickets are pricey so try to use Tesco vouchers or Three vouchers to bring the prices down. Advise to book online so your guaranteed a seat, downside is you have to pay booking fee for each ticket.

Last night was the first time in over two years we've been to Cineworld at Bentley Bridge leisure park. It was nice to see the refurbishment, the Starbucks is a nice addition and the seats are much more comfortable especially for taller viewers but that's where the positives end.

When we walked into the screen, five minutes before the screening was about to start, the screen hadn't been cleaned. There was popcorn and spilled drink everywhere. I had to inform a member of staff who replied "yeah, the screen's not ready", when I pointed out that the screening was about to start she then found two additional members of staff to "clean" the screen. When we came to sit in our seats, they still had drips of drink and popcorn on them.

When I had to use the toilets afterwards I found that they were in the same condition Cineworld toilets are always in, filthy. There were puddles of urine on the floor and one of the urinals was blocked due to the "no flush" traps fitted, and take it from a maintenance fitter, these always block up!

If Cineworld can't see their way to managing their cinemas better I'm afraid we won't be returning.

Since the upgrade the cinema is much more user friendly and aesthetically pleasing. All of the seats are now leather recliners and have more space, the adjustability makes it much more comfortable especially as a disabled person.
The only things that let it down are the cost of the popcorn etc. Don't buy any unless you have 2 forms of ID for the mortgage application you'll need to fund them!

We have been to many cinemas but this one by far is the worst ever! First the smell of stale damp fabric is over powering, the carpets are so dirty and sticky my shoes were literally sticking to the carpet. Kids wanted ice blasts and got some cheap no flavoured version of it which was o or priced for how it tasted. I actually feel dirty after being in here. This is one cinema we will never be going back to and that includes all cineworlds as this was our first time at a cineworld and has put us off.

We have been to Cineworld many times over the years and have enjoyed every visit. The foyer is large and spacious and staff are welcoming. The cinemas are amazing, with comfortable seating and ample leg room. The view from every seat at the top half of the cinemas (we never sit below halfway) is fantastic with nobody's head to block your enjoyment of the film. We have never had any trouble with other cinema goers spoiling the film. However, I understand that if you do, it's easy enough to report this to staff and you will be given tickets for another screening of the film to compensate.
We tend to go on a 2 for 1 Tuesday or Wednesday to make the cost of tickets cheaper. Monday to Friday is half price before 5pm too.
All areas and cinemas are very clean, as are the toilets.
The only downside is the cost of food, which is prevalent in all cinemas now unfortunately. We take in our own food for a fraction of this cost and this doesn't prevent you being admitted.
All of the cost savings may seem frugal, but in the current economic crisis, every penny counts. If this means we can go to the cinema and support them more often, then I see this as a positive thing.

We went to see the King King film today,to day we were appauled is an understatement. It is clearly a 12 certificate, and it was full of tiny kids. So clerly they werent challenged upon entry. They were screaming, running and changing seats. Also there was a lad filming the film from his phone. A member of staff came in, and this went unoticed. There was a baby in a car seat, just put on the steps. Therefore nobody could get past. Then a man started shouting, so myself and my partner left. This man was also shouting at me in the reception of the cinema.I have also sent an email to customer services. We pay alot of money, and do not expect to have to walk out of a film. I await a response from yourselves.

Attended recently to see the new bond film (no time to die) which is an awesome film by the way. But was really impressed with the renovated interior of cineworld (haven't been in years) it looks lovely and modern and facilities were amazing.

We went to the 2d superscreen which is cineworlds imax equivalent and don't regret booking this at all. The seats were lovely recliners with plenty of leg room and the screen and audio was perfect.

Staff were polite and friendly.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Massive queues at the tills. Took 15 mins to buy 3D glasses. First 10 minutes of film completely blurred with multiple people walking out to complain. Was told they were looking to fix it. After 10 minutes it corrected, but by then missed first 10 mins and probably the plot

We recently visited here with the grandchildren to watch a film in screen 10 .
I chose seats on the back row and it felt like we were above the heaters because one minute it was red hot then it went cold .
Although the seats were comfy I found the heating very uncomfortable.
I spent more on snacks and drinks than I did the actual family ticket.
Very expensive in my opinion .
However the staff were all very nice and helpful

Staff behind counter restocking nacho bar sneezed into hands and continued to stock the bar. Hand gel was clearly available but not used. Covid is still present. Staff should be informed to regularly use hand gel when handling food items. Watched Till an insightful and extremely thought provoking movie. Cineworld venue pleasant apart from the sneezing issue. Also no need for confectionery to be so ridiculously priced!
