I took my husband one saturday to the brewery tour and we both thoroughly enjoyed it . From the moment you arrive you are greatest with a smile by fabulous staff and given a drink and a introduction .
You then are taken on
The very interesting tour around the brewery and then you have an hour or so to same the finest ale in the region . The staff were very knowledgable and friendly . You also get discount in the shop .
I highly recommend this tour .

I took the brewery tour with a group of friends on Saturday 17 January....well presented, not too serious, friendly staff and a chance to pull your own pint. Tour plus tasting takes circa two hours and the brewery is within walking distance of Molineux. Give it a go!

Took my father in law here a few weeks ago with the family for his birthday and he really enjoyed it. He's been drinking this beer for a long time and he was very keen to learn more about it. As I am not a beer lover I was not looking forward to this trip but I changed my mind when I got there. The staff were really friendly and made you feel welcome. Me and the family enjoyed having a chat with the tour staff afterwards and she was happy to answer any of the questions we asked. Overall it was a good experience and we learnt a lot from it. The gift shop was fairly priced and we brought a few of there t shirts which wash really well and are good value for money. Would happily come here again!

We did the tour on Saturday morning. It was well organised and very enjoyable. We were given a coffee to start and then taken on the tour which lasted about one and half hours. We were shown all the different processes of making the beer and our guide had a good sense of humour. It was quite warm going around so a coat was not needed. At the end we had 3 half pints. A most enjoyable tour.

I was unable to get much info about tours from the website, so during a visit to Wolverhampton we decided to go down and enquire in person at the Brewery shop. As luck would have it there was a tour at twelve that had enough space for us. Thanks Danielle for fixing that. With an hour to kill we would have liked to gone in the Clarendon Hotel for a pint but even though it was the advertised opening time it was closed. After a wander into town 10 minutes away and back we returned to the brewery.
The tour started promptly, after taking coffee in the hospitality room. We were given a bit of background and went through Health and safety before the tour proper started. The tour lasted about and hour and a half and followed the main parts of the brewing process.
It was both informative and interesting. Having been to other breweries, I was especially impressed with the scale of the operation that still maintained traditional methods.
The guide was great and maintained everyone's interest. Thanks Alex
At the end was, what some might regard as the most interesting bit, the tasting.
Back in the hospitality room we got three halves of beer, with the option to buy vouchers for more. What could be better than Banks's Mild so close to the brewery.
Fantastic way to spend the early afternoon before the match.

Visited yesterday 12/09/15 with my son and husband. Although I'm not a beer drinker (guess who was driving..) I thoroughly enjoyed the tour given by Bob, a man who had worked in the brewery from apprentice stage. I found it fascinating seeing the different stages of brewing and the yeasty mounds bubbling away.
We were offered non alcoholic drinks when we arrived and tokens to test the beer at the end of the tour. We could even pull our own pint- great!

Six in our party booked for Friday evening. We were met by Bill and Kelly who welcomed us and gave us an idea of what was about to happen. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour of the brewery which included the history and the making of their finest beers right from the beginning to the end. Bob was an excellent tour guide who's vast knowledge having worked there for over 30 years had not lost the passion. The tour was very clear to understand and should be promoted for families of all ages, couples as well as groups or parties. At the end of the tour you return to where you start in the very nicely decorated pub type meeting room where you can experience (with your vouchers) Banks' beer which was bitter, mild and the special was sunbeam. All were delicious! We were not rushed at all and would thorough recommend. A shop is adjacent where you can purchase all sorts of merchandise (we liked the tankards) as well as more beer to take home! Fab u lous

Visited last Monday. Not something we thought of doing before. It was great even the kids enjoyed it - in a brewery!! The staff were very conscious of the younger party members and took time to carefully explain the process. We'll worth it.

I went on this tour last night & I really, really enjoyed it. The two members of staff involved were polite, cheerful & welcoming to all those attending. And, free beer at the end of the tour too. Reasonably priced too. So, an interesting & enjoyable tour & would recommend it.
