Lovely walk on the welsh side. On a clear day you can see over the Severn Bridge and beyond.well worth the walk.

You can park below in a carpark and then climb the 365 steps to the Eagle's Nest viewing point or you can visit it as part of a longer walk ... we did the longer walk and would recommend if you enjoy a challenging long...More

There are some fantastic walks to be had in this part of the Forest of Dean whatever the season. The views from Eagles nest (and nearby Devils pulpit) are amazing. When we were there (end of June) the smell of wild garlic was frequently pungent....More
