Letting off that holiday steam
Aug 2018 • Family
We live near here and in the postcode so we get our entry discounted.
We have also attended birthday parties here (roughly £10 per head for parties)

There is a cafe with well priced decent food and drinks. Lockers and snack machines are also there as well as lots of chairs and tables.

The jungle gym has a smaller section for the little ones.

Kids seem to love coming here and we are usually here for 1-2 hours.

Parent with concerns

Fun factory is a great place. The staff in playarea are very friendly and helpful but the cafe food is awful and cold. The staff in the cafe are rude, I saw the owner drop a few chips on the floor and put it back on the plate when i tried to complain he ignored me. If you go there be sure to watch them wash there hands before handling food, watch while they cook to be certain health and hygiene is being practiced, You will also be able to observe at the cafe window it allows you to see straight into the kitchen

Fantastic 8th Birthday venue
Jul 2017 • Family
I booked the fun factory for my son's 8th Burthday. We had invited 20 children of various ages from 1-15. Many of the adults stayed to supervise young ones. Everyone had an enjoyable time. The staff were friendly and very organised. All the children were given a hot meal. I had pre ordered platters for the adults which were reasonably priced. The children had plenty of fun on the various activities. The adults relaxed and enjoyed the platters. The party section was well decorated and spacious. This was one of the best parties my son has had and it was thanks to the dedicated staff. I would certainly be visiting again. The feedback I received from the parents was very positive. Thank you so much for a memorable day.

Fun on a rainy bank holiday

We took my one year old niece here for the afternoon and she absolutely loved it . Different areas for different ages , big fun area and plenty of seating for the adults. There is a good cafe which is really cheap although it shuts periodically .

Surprised
Feb 2017 • Family
After reading the other reviews I was a little concerned about what the place was going to be like as this was my first time there with my 4 year old Daughter.I was pleasantly surprised,I thought the session times were a great idea as when I walked in the place,it was lovely and clean where the staff had had time to clean up after the session before. The entrance fee was excellent compared to other soft play areas around. The cafeteria was also very good value, £1 for a coffee, and very pleasant ladies on the till serving.
I will most definitely be visiting again and recommending this place to other friends.

Not so much fun.
Nov 2016 • Family
A couple of hours with the kids on Sunday afternoon. There's a birthday party here so my kids can see food and drinks being carried from the kitchen. Unfortunately, nothing I can buy for them, because the kitchen has shut and not serving ordinary customers. You can't even get a chocolate bar from the machine as that's also out of order. Floor is filthy.
Not a great experience!

We are currently in the process of looking to possibly add some new features to the Fun Factory in the near future which will bring new entertainment for all children. The drop slide has an age limit of 5 and above and is open upon request of the children and the staff will check correct ages and clothing to go on this. The staff have a cleaning rota which is signed as tasks are completed so we will look into the ball pond situation. All tripadvisor reviews are used within our staff meetings as feedback to all staff of how we can improve our services. We hope to see you again in the near future.

Great place
May 2016
This is my daughter and I regular indoor playground every Thursday.

The staffs are friendly and the place is clear. I have been to Snake & Ladder but found the place dirty. Location-wise u can take a bus and stop at the Marsh Farm Library. Its about 5 mins walk from the bus stop.

This is great for toddler. I would definitely recommend this place!
