Well what can I say - ordered a ceaser salad with chicken !!! Mixed leaves that were drippy and chicken breast pieces that looked like they had been chewed ! And stale lumps of bread for croutons ! Dressing was mayo !!! Not impressed !...More

Great place for all the family or just by yourself. The park has lovely themed gardens to stroll around and to relax.There is a museum with Cars and Carriages and when I went they had a Lego Trail. There are also other outbuildings with exhibitions...More

Well worth a visit with the children, take a picnic and enjoy the beautiful gardens and let the kids run off steam on the play area and through the gardens.

Lovely area for smaller children to play. Nice indoor museum of old carriages and modes of transport. Nice and reasonable cafe and small gift shop.

We live 5-10 mins walk from Stockwood and literally visit it every week as our young son loves the play area etc. Normally only have a hot/cold drink as the food is very overally priced, but today decided to have lunch there. What a mistake...More

Admission to the Discovery Centre is free, although some special events attract a charge.
