Brilliant 1/2 day visit to sealife centre. the kids loved it and we even got a free game of crazy golf. The only downside was the price we had vouchers for BOGOF and we still had to pay £36 which imo is a bit steep. However as this was a special one off visit we were expecting the price. Staff... Visited here with a 2 year old and 12 year old. Would have been devastated to have paid the £18 walk in price for this visit. So unorganised. People walking in different directions instead of "flowing". This led to bottlenecking at certain points. Whole experience is poor quality and run down. Felt so let down. Do not pay full price.... Once inside only 2 people on the pay desks, also had to pay £18 entrance fee which included a round of crazy golf, wether you wanted to play or not,as it was raining we didn't.Very congested in pay area ,then had... we had a lovely tie there with three children very good value and they do a very good job. We thought it was one the best Sea Life Centres we have visited. I would certainly go again children said what a good time they had had although we didn't eat there the food didn't look very appetising and people seemed... More

Having visited the aquarium at Whitehaven - we were disappointed with the one at Scarborough. The positives were there were a range of fish tanks, knowledgeable staff and some good information boards. The staff also seem to do good work in conservation. However, the centre was very tired looking and whilst money might be tight - the whole place could... More

Pricy as it didn't take long to look round and a bit depressing the poor seals had hardly and room at all. Kids didn't enjoy it and the shop is full of over priced poor quality toys. You also have to pay to park your car and there is no where else in the vicinity to park your car, so... More

Visited Sunday 28th August. Expected a lot more for my hard earned cash, not much to do really. Penguins were the most fun but the rest was boring even for my 5yr old, took literally about 1 hour to push your way around as it's far too overcrowded. Shark experience advertised, but basically a couple of baby sharks in a... More

Had a lovely day there, although we tried to get in yesterday at 11am but was full (car park) due to it being a rainy day. Today we arrived at 10 and went straight in. Lots of animals to see! Used Tesco club card vouchers so it was free, not sure on the full price??
