Take a row boat out on the pond.

I returned to Peasholm for the first time since I was a child. It is looking a little dated but it retains its charm.

Bit disappointed this time, the park and lake are seems to have an unloved air about it, and it's about time something is done , about those infernal geese, the golf seems to have an un cared for look , Yes the greens were mowed, but that was about it,

A lovely place for all ages. From a boat ride on the lake, to a walk up the glen, to a cuppa at the coffee shop. Well maintained and a joy all seasons of the year. Just a short walk from the bus / train station, and across the road from North Bay beach.

Dog friendly park with refreshments -we liked the gardens and the walkways around the perimeter , there was music and entertainment going on in the park and some entertainment on boats on the lake.

I love to amble around the lake and watch people in the rowing boats. The setting is beautiful...I always find it calming even when it's busy. I couldn't come to Scarborough and not have at least walk walk through this lovely park

Loads to do and admire including mini railway, boats, pedaloes and more. Lovely gardens and beautiful lake that has Naval re-enacment battles.

Not quite back to its glory days but much improved. For nostalgic purposes it's a must go to place in Scarborough
