Have lived in Yorkshire for many years but not visited Scarborough. First visit to the beautiful sands and castle. Lots of dogs being walked on the beach. The landscape is quite beautiful - especially the view from the castle.

It is a wide sandy beach used all year round. No actual facilities on the beach you have to cross the road to purchase refreshments . Nice harbour to the north.
