The food in the restaurant here is good and reasonably cheap, with the attached children's farm and farm shop both well worth a visit.

We only visited the cafe so can't comment on the other areas. It is a lovely looking cafe, the staff were all friendly and helpful. We had lunch which was very nice and as we were enjoying our time there we even had another drink each. We were in no way rushed and we'd definitely visit again.

As a regular visitor I know how hard they work on site to maintain and develop the facilities for customers and the students. The negative visit about the bees should be ignored as the bees are no longer a feature. The Charity provides an excellent cafe, products and gift shop, farm animals and children's outside play and picnic area. They... More

Don't bother visiting the honey bee exhibition. Although it cost £1.50 to enter the cost was not important, what was important was the the bees were lying dead all over the floor, nothing had been cleaned and the person in charge was totally disinterested in the state of the bees but did say that he did not know what was... Visited this place quite a lot, both with little grandchildren and with adult friends. The children adore the animals, numerous toys to ride on and the big play area and it kept them happy for ages. The restaurant has simple fare, nicely presented and prices are reasonable enough. Good choice for little ones too. The little farm shops are pleasant... More

Honey bee exhibition, kids play area, farm yard petting zoo, all here but tired and old. Cafe is very good with a good selection of food. But quite expensive at £35 for sandwedge and drinks for 3 audits and two kids. It's a bit of a money extraction operation. TBH but the kids liked it. Small entry for bee exhibition... More
