Every 30mins, about 10 mins each way. Only downside is there is only the sealife centre when you get there

This small steam railway is great fun, not too expensive, and a great way of getting to the Sealife Centre. It gets busy at times.

The is a great little railway that we used to take us from the car park at peasholm park to the sealife centre. The service is prompt and the staff friendly. Our children loved it.

Turn back the clock and board this miniature train for a trip down memory lane and to let the younger family members experience the fun of travelling behind a real engine. The journey takes you from the North Bay to the Sea Life Centre. Enjoy!

They now have a new steam train, it has an old style and is refreshingly different, named after the engineer heading the build team Georgina, it is a good old fashioned way to enjoy your day at the seaside maybe followed by a trip on the water slide

We parked at the Sea Life Sanctuary car park and were surprised and delighted to see that there is a station for this railway just up some steps from that same car park. We had not been able to tell this from the NBR website at all. Also, the train then takes you to a bit with a flume ride... More

If you're in Scarborough, visiting the North Bay Railway will be well worthwhile. Situated next to Peasholm Park, the railway is suitable for all ages. Only a short walk from the main road at the North Bay, it runs to a termination point close to the Sealife Centre.. It's reasonably priced and affordable for most families. It's not the kind... Friendly, efficient service. £3.50 return per adult, toddlers and buggies free. We used the train to go to the sea life centre, a five to ten minute ride and your there. The trains run every 15-30 mins. My niece was full of smiles and loved being on the train, each carriage can hold 4 adults and two small children. The... More
