Black park is a beautiful country park ideal for a walk or picnic with family, friends or on your own. Great for dog walking. They have bookable activities and a nice cafe. Parking is on the high side if you’re not stopping for long.

Great views simple activities to go or just admire the view and embrace nature. Parking a lil expensive inside otherwise it’s cool permitting weather is good

Most beautiful scenic views. Huge park with choice of walking paths. Very nice lake with good facilities like oarking and restaurant. Good for day out and picnic spot.

Lovely walk around the lake or into the woods ...clearings for playing ball games....dogs allowed for great walks.... playground for children.... picnic area...cafe that also sells meals....go-ape challenge

A great place to take the Kids,there is a small play which the kids love. the cafe there is a great place to eat overlooking the lake. It is also a great place to walk the dog

Nice place to take the kids to burn off steam. The parking is £3.70 for a car a bit steep if you ask me . Also the cafe is very expensive. Saying that neither of the above stops us coming back .More

I am hoping to visit Black Park with friends.. all of senior age. What events might be suited to them, and can the bBQ be ordered in advance for say 12 people.
