Great for a family walk

Fresh air, very tame dear and close to home. Perfect. Visited with friends on a cold day but we all loved the trot around the park

Not a large park but very pleasant and well laid out. The water driven mill is particularly interesting, and there are lots of deer around. Also good pub tucked away at the back. New coffee facility is very good but not cheap.

The park is beautiful. Excellently managed and stunning to stroll around. There are so many different ecosystems. All offering something different to experience. It's a pleasant relaxing way to spend a few hours walking around exploring all the different little paths and tracks.

This park is full of interesting things to see if you have time to spend a good two or three hours quietly strolling along exploring the many paths and clearings. My wife and I have been here many times throughout the past two or three years but this was the first time we have taken our seven month old baby... More

We go here as a family mostly in the summer as we have two young children they can ride there bikes or scooters on the paths pretty easy when not to busy. There's plenty of open space so it's a nice place to go for a walk surrounded by the roaming dears. We haven't been in the hall but have... More

A fantastic Place to visit with a family of all ages. The gardens are beautiful and there is plenty in the house to do before you even get to the park lands. The special activities that are put on are excellent.

This is very nice park specially if it is nice sunny day. Good for family day out. Have not gone to inside the house or garden as I think is a bit expensive £12 for adult ticket. And the parking should be a bit cheaper as they charge £6 for car park.

Went for a post Christmas walk very busy but plenty of parking, long queues for coffee. Will return at a quieter time. Enjoyed the day though.

A great place to walk and chill. Turn off the phone and just think. The deer are so accessible and the walkways are safe and easy to use.
