Aside from the Church itself - welcoming, friendly and in such a lovely location near the river and virtually in the centre of town - the free Tuesday lunchtime classical music concerts (with a suggested donation to only cover musician travel and a charitable contribution)...More

Wonderful church, wonderful people, wonderful liturgy. And Bedford is a beautiful town with so much to see and do - St Paul's is right in the midst of it. Whenever you step through its doors, you will be assured of a very warm welcome

In the middle of a roundabout but easy to get to once you have worked out the entrance (there is a sign directing you round the corner which is not helpful). Very pretty inside, well maintained, clean - lots of interesting memorials and gilded carvings....More

Went on a special tour during heritage weekend. amazed to see a plaque commemorating a battalion that was formed in the 1600s, with a full list of battles from the civil war onwards.

When we can, my partner and I go to Mass, which satisfies our Anglo-Catholic upbringing. Father Kevin and his team know how to inspire.

The lunchtime concerts are free (you can donate if you choose to). A very pleasant way to pass an hour. And the performances are always top-notch

Passing by I decided to see what this church was all about. So I walked in to take a look. A very historically rich church that offers snacks. Even though it may be for a religious intent, everybody is made to feel welcome.
