Children have plenty of space to run around and are allowed to feed the ducks. Being flat it is ideal for older people to walk round. Teazels cafe within the park is friendly... More

Walk round the perimeter of the lake. See into the quiet nature reserves and watch birds from the hides. Great for dog walkers and family walks. Exercise equipment there and a cordoned off play area for the young children. Great cafe there.

A very pleasant park, great for young children, supervising the water of course, nice playgrounds at each end of the park, a good cafe for coffee or lunch with inside and outside seating. You can purchase grain to feed the ducks from an honesty box, there are lots of ducks.Regularly take 2 yr old grandson, he loves it.

Easy and pleasant walking, nature to admire and a cafe that serves good food. This park is an easy drive from Bedford allows the visitor to enjoy wildlife up close and personal. If desired there are longer and more challenging walks close to the park and this makes an excellent start and finish to

Lovely, serene nature park. Great walk all around lake - about 1 mile with seating available. This park is very well cared for. There is a cafe, toilets, and information building. Also picnic benches and tables, a lovely children's playground alongside new gym exercising equipment.

Lake, surrounded by woodland and the grass. Children's activity centre, adult activity gym (gogc) with recommended exercises. A cafe and mobile ice cream van provide refreshment. An enjoyable day out for all the family.

The walk around the lake seems quite regimented and you almost have to follow the circuit round. Nice enough but a little boring
