My daughter went to a pony camp here for a long weekend. It was absolutely fantastic and she learnt so much. Staff and helpers were knowledgable and friendly. The ponies were gorgeous and helped improve her riding no end!

For a ten year old's first steps into independence, the Willow Farm team hosted a summer trip to remember. For a child, 6 nights away from the family with a group of children you don't know is really a very brave thing to do! Parents are not encouraged to telephone in the first three days (to reduce homesickness apparently) and so we sent a letter every day which was very old-fashioned and very nice! This is a horsey place, down to earth and all the better for it so don't be surprised at the basic accommodation or if the children don't shower all week. Just let them get on with it. A confident child will really love it here and a shy one would have a great time if they went with a good friend. Plenty of updates posted every day on a closed Facebook page so you can see how the children are getting on. Fab.

My daughter has almost no sight so I did a lot of research before choosing the best place to send her. We went down for a visit prior to booking and was extremely impressed by the assessment lesson. Lora had done a lot of research and was fantastic at assessing her. She was well matched with a very gentle pony Micky. The week was great, she loved the riding, and was paired up with a lovely young girl who assisted her getting around yard. When I collected her she was on cloud 9, she didn't stop talking the entire way home. Will definitely be returning. Thank you so so much for a fantastic week.
