If you love close up, immersive and unique theatre -then Neverland is for you. Brilliantly written -talented cast - emotional performances throughout and always a shock/scare/ & ‘noooooooo!!!!!!’ moments.....to keep your heart racing. Professional production and there’s something very special about witnessing first shows on a small stage. If you love horror you’ll love this. Well done Neverland.

Neverland theatre is hidden away and you’ll probably walk right past but it’s definitely worth looking to see what’s on! Local Skegness people go find it! You’re missing out! Went to see the second part of the Carpathian Chronicles- Another fantastic piece of writing from the owner - Gary Starr.... captivating, haunting and too real at times.... had to remind self it was such brilliant acting and just that....no idea how you do it but am Amazed by the production. Clever use of sound effects, staging & props (if not sometimes realistically stomach churning! I’m sure that was desired effect!) Beautiful music and lighting. When a production has the ability to evoke every emotion and more & keep you guessing ....you know you’ve done a great job! A stage version of a rollercoaster maybe? Tense throughout and another familiar story retold in a wonderful new light. Always leaves you wanting to know more..... What next I wonder...? Perfect cast- each playing their role so believably -full emotional immersion for all the characters....everyone is so, so talented -well done....the characters -narrator, victor, charles and Elizabeth were portrayed perfectly .....but for me absolutely outstanding performances were Stacey Gough’s portrayal of the monster....regenerated and discovering the horror of himself -has to be one of the saddest things I’ve ever watched on stage - you feel his pain....and then you’re shocked again! brilliant but so tragic and Ellie Pickering as Mary who was brilliant beyond believable ... amazing presence on stage, acted her heart out but so heart wrenching to watch and listen to-images that’ll stay with me forever - we could have been in the actual asylum for her performance -tortured madness portrayed so well congratulations, epic performances all round On a side note -I left the theatre to then find Frankenstein’s monster by the lamppost in the darkened Street outside!....unexpected....for added audience horror! & cast amusement! & didn’t want to walk back past him! Now that’s real horror!! Thankfully I’ve recovered ...just about 😱 excellent production you should be very proud of yourselves How will the chronicles play out in the corners of the writers mind? Im pretty sure the performances will be repeated in 2018 & I would recommend you make it a diary date -as a definite must see -if you love theatre and you want to watch something original and unique -Neverland is your place to go.
