See the sights of Dorset’s Jurassic Coast by boat, then hop on a heritage steam strain to explore the countryside between Swanage and Norden. The 5-hour experience starts with a cruise from Pool Quay, taking in sights of Brownsea Island, Sandbanks, and, of course, the UNESCO-listed Jurassic Coast. Stop at the Victorian pier of Swanage for a walk along the beach to the railway, enjoy a hop-on hop-off ride by old-fashioned steam train, then cruise back to Poole.

Me and my wife really enjoyed it but we were very lucky with nice weather and calm sea. Sea was blue and crystal clear, much nicer than in south east.

Yes we did see Puffins on our cruise from Swanage past Tilly Whim caves and along that coast although not many they were nesting in the cliffs and diving for fish. Delightful
