Great journey. Went with my family and were escorted quite helpfully, from terminal to boat. Staff was helpful and acquiesced every request. Got to our destination on time. Lovely experience.

Totally unsuitable boat for the English Channel. Plus because of engine problems we went to Guernsey via Jersey 7 hours instead of 3 and returned via Jersey instead of direct 6 hours instead of 3.
